Stan has an extensive background in community development and agriculture and has served in over 45 countries. He is well equipped to lead ECHO into developing strategic partnerships with other organizations that serve the poor. Stan's most recent assignment was serving with World Vision in Mauritania.			Orlando joined the ECHO staff with 36 years of experience in developing planned giving programs with numerous national non-profit organizations. He is responsible for charitable gifts through wills, trusts, and gift annuities. Orlando also served on the ECHO Board of Directors for 12 years.

Mary Moore came to ECHO in June, 2008 to join the Development Department first as Director of Donor Relations and now as Director of Development. She has been fundraising in Southwest Florida since 2002, after arriving from Indiana. She and her husband Scott enjoy fishing, boating, tennis, bike riding and spending time with their three children. Mary is very excited to be part of the global ministry of ECHO and passionate about helping people help themselves.			Mary Ann serves as a volunteer on the ECHO Development team. With a business background in executive administration Mary Ann is well qualified to attend to the needs and requests from staff and donors.
